  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color or texture are normal and not considered defects. Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) used at checkout.
  • Refunds include the item’s purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund, including any original shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items
